The hospital has been working since 1995.
During all this time mentally ill persons have been treated here.
Hospital is the only specialized stationary in the country, which provides qualified and professional psychiatric aid to children, teenagers and adults with chronic psychiatric disturbances and illnesses.
Starting with 1 January 2001 the secondary ambulatory health care services department is opened.
Services with psychiatrist, narcologist and physical and rehabilitation medicine doctor receive all residents without age limitation.
